Final Working Day – Class VI - IX (2025)
Introduction
The academic year 2024–2025 officially came to a close today for Classes VI to IX at Leading High School. This milestone was marked with deep gratitude and celebration, led by our Honourable Chairman & Managing Director, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed, who personally hosted a Heartfelt Gift Ceremony for our beloved students.
Challenge
As students grow older, keeping them engaged, emotionally connected, and motivated becomes increasingly difficult—especially towards the end of the academic year when pressure and fatigue set in.

"Great journeys don’t end at the finish line—they echo in the hearts that walked them." — Dr. Muhammad Ahmed
Problem
Students in higher classes often finish the year feeling academically drained and emotionally detached.
A lack of year-end recognition may leave their efforts unacknowledged.
The emotional bond between students and the school fades without a meaningful closure.
Solution
To address this, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed initiated a thoughtful gesture—organizing a Gift Ceremony to celebrate the hard work, resilience, and growth of every student.
This solution helped in:
01. 🎁 Creating Lasting Memories – Students felt valued and celebrated, not just graded.
02. 🤝 Strengthening Student-School Bond – Emotional closure fosters loyalty and love for learning.
03. 🧠 Boosting Morale for the Next Year – A rewarding end fuels a motivated restart.
04. 👨🏫 Leadership-Led Inspiration – Direct involvement of school leadership deepens student respect and trust.
